Этот скилл действует не так, он даёт небольшой шанс(видимо, зависящий от INT), что любой бафф(в том числе Mana drug) будет действовать в 2 раза дольше, а также небольшой шанс использования скилла без отката(кажется, только скилла с второй профы, т.к. вортекса без отката у меня не было ни разу). Думаю, у файтеров Skill mastery действует аналогично.
